Oak Forest Veterinary Clinic has expanded hours and added drop-off service to make it more convenient for you to get your animals in to see the doctor. We ask that clients wishing to utilize this service call ahead and make an appointment for dropping off. You can fill out the drop-off form ahead of time if which can be found on our website at http://www.oakforestvetclinic.com/questionnaires/dropoff.pdf or you can fill it out at the hospital once you arrive. On the scheduled drop-off day, patients need to be dropped off between 7:00 – 8:00AM. After the patient has been seen, the doctor or a team member will call the client and let them know that the patient is ready to go home. Oak Forest Veterinary Clinic closes at 6:00PM Monday – Friday to give clients plenty of time to pick up their pets.
